2015 Sparkling Blanc de Blanc (Late Disgorged)

Our 2015 vintage Blanc de Blanc was made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown on our Billanook Estate vineyard and made in the Méthode Traditionnelle style.

Stored on lees for 7 years, this wine was disgorged in February 2022. This sparkling wine shows all the hallmarks of the vintage, exuding green apple and citrus notes and a crisp and fresh palate. A fine bead and alluring complexity and textural element on the palate was enhanced due to the extended period of time on lees in bottle. 12.5% alc. vol.
